In December 2020 he founded his new venture Stride Co-Living. Combining Internet of Things (IoT) technology and urban rental housing, Stride is a Co-Living operator of the second generation. It offers a community-focused, fully tech-enabled, on-demand residential experience that creates value for landlords and tenants. Currently, Stride Co-Living is in an expansion phase and actively looking for signing new lease contracts as well as acquiring properties.
